When you make a payment to request a song to be played in the restaurant, your purchase is final and cannot be refunded.
Non-Refundable Transactions
All song request transactions made through the Tune Feast LLC mobile application are non-refundable.
– Credits purchased for use within the Tune Feast LLC app are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of reimbursement. Subscriptions or premium memberships, if offered, are non-refundable once billed, according to the terms of the subscription agreement.
Understanding Your Purchase
We encourage our users to review their orders carefully and ensure they are satisfied with their song selection before confirming the transaction. Once a transaction is processed and the song request is submitted to our system, it is considered final.
