Terms of Conditions for Tune Feast LLC
Introduction Welcome to Tune Feast, the mobile application (“App”) that transforms dining experiences by allowing customers to request songs at participating restaurants. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Tune Feast, a service provided by Tune Feast LLC, a New York-based company.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.
Service Description
Tune Feast allows users to select and request songs to be played in participating restaurants. The availability of songs depends on our agreements with music rights holders ( include link to BMI music license agreements and policies) and the preferences of the participating restaurants.
User Responsibilities
You must only use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. – You agree not to request any content that is offensive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise in violation of any law.

Liability Limitation
Tune Feast LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Changes to These Terms
Tune Feast LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes and indicate at the top of the terms the date they were last revised.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. ( https://www.adr.org/ )
